We believe in the biblical principle of a church family where we can belong and grow together as disciples of Jesus Christ. We also believe that the spiritual leaders of the church must give spiritual account to the Lord for those in their flock and therefore we encourage membership to know who is part of our church family.
Key spiritual milestones in our lives such as baby dedications, water baptisms, marriage preparation, wedding ceremonies and funerals, take place within this discipleship relationship of membership.
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” Acts 2:42
For members and those in the process of becoming members, our home cell groups meet mid-week at various homes across the city. During these nights we grow in our unity and friendships and study the sermon of the week together.

Our serving team are passionate volunteers who follow Jesus’ servanthood model and MOVE their hands and feet to join in the rewarding work of Kingdom serving. We believe everyone has unique gifts and talents and that God created you to use those gifts for His Kingdom glory.

Water baptism is an act of obedience that we do as soon as possible after we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour. Scripture teaches that water baptism is the full immersion of a believer under water as a confession of Christ’s death and resurrection, where we ourselves die to our old man and we are resurrected in Christ into a new life.
We believe that children can only make a decision to follow Jesus Christ for themselves once they reach an age of understanding. Based on the example of Joseph and Mary dedicating Jesus in the temple, we believe that parents can dedicate their children to the Lord in front of their church family and friends, as they commit to raise children in the ways and counsel of God.

We facilitate marriages and funerals for members of our church family or those in the process of becoming members. We believe that the Lord requires spiritual leaders to prepare couples for a Godly marriage and therefore this is done in discipleship relationship.
For marriages, couples can contact our church office for our wedding guidelines that includes all details on a mandatory 4-week pre-marriage preparation course as well as details on booking our pastors to facilitate a wedding ceremony.
